Set the volume

Every pattern sits somewhere on the spectrum from neutral to expressive. This is the Volume button in action: turn it down for calm, structural backgrounds, turn it up for immersive, high-energy moments.

Basic

Basic: A structured repeat based on fixed triangle placement, it creates a stable, uniform surface that supports a layout without introducing movement or distortion. Use it for calm backgrounds, containers, and subtle brand texture.

Organic

Organic: A softer expression built on irregular rhythm, variation, and shifting density, it creates warmth, flow, and visual focus while staying controlled and recognisable.

Spatial

Spatial: A dimensional expression using perspective, depth, and spatial distortion, it suits key visuals, digital surfaces, motion, and moments where the brand should feel immersive.

Keep one scale logic per surface

Within a single expression, triangle scale should either stay constant or follow one deliberate progression. What looks messy is arbitrary mixing: two or three unrelated sizes and style with no system. One item, one scale logic.

triangle 21-2

Keep harmonious scale and style.

triangle 23-1

Don't use unrelated sizes and style with no system.
